I was appalled by the lack of flexibility and understanding by the staff/committee at Indra-pre school. Compared to other Kinders in the area,... I was appalled by the lack of flexibility and understanding by the staff/committee at Indra-pre school. Compared to other Kinders in the area, who were more than willing to accommodate individual family circumstances, Indra Pre-school seemed more concerned about money. Seemed like daylight robbery being told to pay a full terms fee when my 2.8yr old wouldn't be able to attend till Term 2! The committee at Indra Pre-School were not happy to waive the fee where as another kinder 4 minutes away was! Why should one have to pay for a service that they are not using- seriously consider charging a 'holding fee' as opposed to a whole term fee! Furthermore, some staff are less than friendly so worked out in our favor to send my daughter somewhere else. Read more
