Would never recommend this place to anybody!!! In my experience of the school over the last 5 years it just got worse the... Would never recommend this place to anybody!!! In my experience of the school over the last 5 years it just got worse the older my son got. He would come home with rock hard poo stuck to his bum (obviously had been in the nappy for hours without it being changed), it then came time to asking for help with toilet training and was pretty much told from a staff member “They don’t have time to help with this”, they do these wild days where they take the kids out - they called me to get permission to take my son and I said yes (they done this on multiple days with no issue) I then was complaining about a few issues and they called me 1 day to see if it was ok to take my son, I said yes - found out that arvo my son wasn’t aloud to go because Kristin said no as I didn’t give written permission as well as verbal permission - they never asked for this before until I started complaining. He has finished school, which they billed me a week in advance but he has finished daycare and they have continued to take money out of my account and have sent me emails saying they were going to take out even more money - I had to call the daycare to get them to take off my bank details so they couldn’t continue to take more money that I didn’t owe them as he had finished daycare. It will be 3 weeks since they took the money and I’m still waiting on the money to be refunded after they finally admitted to making a mistake. I would pick my son up from school on cold rainy days and he would be in wet clothes and sometimes with no shoes on. I would ask for discounts to be applied for days they physically closed the daycare and was told in written emails “yes” then when I questioned why the full discount was taken off - I was told “the policy changed from 50% to 25%” when I questioned as to why I wasn’t told this and was just told yes in the email response from them, they just said it was a misunderstanding - How about taking responsibility for giving out/agreeing to something that is not correct? Their outdoor play area is the best I’ve seen on the coast, offering a natural environment to explore and play. My son loves going to the bush, library and beach with their Indigo Wild program. They also offer soccer and swimming. I’ve had 2 sons attend Indigo and both loved it. The staff are caring, welcoming and engaged, always happy to cuddle and play with the children. I highly recommend sending your child to Indio if you are considering daycare at any age. Read more
