The educators went out of their way to help with my son’s transition, and he was settled into the new environment within just a few weeks. He was happy and at times he would tell me he misses his educators and want to attend over the weekend! I like the low staff turnover so you would always see the same educators providing a consistent approach to the children. You could tell they also care about the wellbeing of educators as everyone feels like a friend or family, they are always willing to answer questions relating to your child or provide professional advice on any educational concern. The rooms and facilities are clean and organised to provide a safe and tailored experience to each child, whether they prefer quiet time or enjoy being active in the outdoor space. There are unique events held throughout the year to celebrate cultural and special occasions including the Mid-Autumn Festival and a Christmas concert at the end of the year where the children and even siblings could showcase their talents and have a great time! My child has not only learned a lot but has also developed social skills in this positive and supportive atmosphere. The communication from the staff has been excellent, keeping me informed about my child's progress.
