I had my twins enrolled to start when the centre was due to open. Bond was paid & enrollement accepted. I had notified on the enrolment forms & had explained over the phone prior they had autism. After they had a full waitlist we all of a sudden received an email saying they couldn't accept them because they have autism just before the centre was due to open. We had already put end of care notice at the current centre which left us in a really tough situation. I have all emails back & fouth to support this statement. The boys had been in care 5 days a week since they were 2 with no support which i also explained they are both high functioning. They love daycare. We live around the corner from this centre & was the only reason we wanted to change. I feel the owner Vicki of the centre is rude & judgemental didn't want to even give the boys a chance. Just put them in the too hard bin without evening meeting them in person. Full discrimination of my poor boys. I guess after this I'm happy I didn't put the boys in this daycare if the owner has this sort of attitude towards young childern who just want to learn & develop in early education. If your child has special needs i would stay clear of this centre. There is plenty of other centres in the shire much more accepting. Regardless special needs or not every child should have the right to early education there is actually a law in place now regarding this situation. In regarding to her reply below its false & misleading as I have all the evidence in emails. Why did you offer the boys positions knowing they had austim then all of a sudden reject them? Yes you refunded the bond as you had too. You never once even agreed to meet my sons in person or give them a chance even after i was pleading with you over the phone. You just didn't want to give the boys a chance end of the day. All your excuses above are just to cover you & you never offered them positions at a later date. We never heard from you again once you refunded the bond. They were accepted elsewhere at a new centre with no hesitation. I don't know how people like this run daycares just after easy $$ not the genuine interest in helping young children learn & develop. My twins are very happy at there current centre. This is a late post as they somehow kept removing my previous reviews. I just want to let everyone know the what sort of person running this centre is like. I'm sure if her children had special needs & something like this happened to her she would understand but in regards to her reply you will see she is still blaming me. Please show me the other reviews at other centres? As I've said before I have enrolment forms, emails all stating my boys special needs. They were full aware.

Hi Samuel, this is now your third review of our service and seems to be a pattern of yours and your wife, Nicole Arenas Rios, to make false and misleading claims against multiple childcare services in the Shire and St George areas such as Thrive Blakehurst, Little Scribblers Caringbah, Blossom Pre-school Sans Souci, and Miranda Pre-Kindergarten.

My 3 year old & 1 year old love this place! Neither had been at daycare before so we were nervous about their transition but Vicki & all of the educators made it so easy. It’s a beautiful, well considered centre - the rooms are amazing, the backyard is huge & fun, the educators are all lovely & it’s a comfort knowing our kids are in good hands. We’re so lucky to have happened upon this centre 6 months ago when it was still opening. Thanks Vicki + team :)
