Welcome to Sunbird Childrens Centre

The Sunbird Childrens' Centre is a Community based Not For Profit, licensed, Limited Hours Child Care service that operates for no more than 20hrs a week and is partially funded by the QLD Department of Education, Training and Employment. The Sunbird Children's Centre caters for the needs of children aged 6 months to 5 years in a mixed aged group of up to 21 children.
We aim to provide a safe and welcoming place for children to enjoy their time in a fun and stimulating environment. Our Child Care service also incorporates a government approved Kindergarten for children in the year before they attend school - that is those children who turn four before 1st July in the year of enrolment in Kindergarten.
