Showed such a lack of care for my son on his first day here transitioning from another daycare - I saw an educator... Showed such a lack of care for my son on his first day here transitioning from another daycare - I saw an educator with her back to him, completely oblivious as he was crying for her attention while 2 older boys were screaming in his face. This was horrifying to watch and when I brought this to their attention they honestly couldn’t have cared less. The place was filthy when I was there - dirty tissues left out I’m assuming overnight, nappies in the change area that hadn’t been thrown out, old water bottles left overnight which my son was trying to drink out of, looked like the floors hadn’t been swept or vacuumed for days. When we called to let them know that we had had a bad experience, again showed they did not care, no questions or concerns were asked - just let us pull him out without trying to see what had happened or if they could improve. I would never send my child here and I would be asking a lot of questions if I were a parent sending my child here. Read more

I have had the privilege of spending 10+ hours here during my son's adjustment phase and to see for myself how truly remarkable... I have had the privilege of spending 10+ hours here during my son's adjustment phase and to see for myself how truly remarkable it is. Every one of the thousands of interactions I witnessed between the staff and children were positive, with the staff being kind and caring, and the children being joyful and playful. The staff have boundless energy and patience and seem to genuinely enjoy their work (which, frankly, looks utterly exhausting -so huge props to them!) I have seen many childcare centres in my search for the right place for my son and this is absolutely the one that I trust. Read more
