I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Family Day Care Tasmania- Thrive group. I had previously been a Family Day Care... I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Family Day Care Tasmania- Thrive group. I had previously been a Family Day Care educator with them back in the NCN days, my older children had also attended their OSHC service. After years in long day care, last year I decided to return to Family Day Care. I inquired with other providers but chose Thrive to register with because they as an organization, match my passion for early childhood education and care. From the first conversation, they genuinely shared my excitement for my new business. They offered endless resources, guidance and advice throughout the registration process and have continued that support for the last 18 months. I definitely feel like I have a whole team supporting me, not just my field support officer. They definitely run the organization like a big team, almost like a family! I am always striving to learn new things and grow as an educator. They have helped me continue to raise the bar for the standard of care I offer my families. Still with the same level of support and excitement as that first phone call. Knowing the high standard Thrive expect from their educators, I would have no hesitation enrolling my younger children in any of their day care services if the need arose.
