Childcare is good but I never recommend it, as parents will face stress dealing with the account woman Nikita.
It deserves a negative star but unfortunately i have to give it one to be able to write a review.
I am extremely frustrated with the level of service provided by the Accounts Department at Heritage CastleHill. Over the past few months, I’ve had multiple issues with billing inaccuracies, late fee charges that were never properly explained, and difficulty reaching anyone to resolve these matters. Despite several attempts to contact Nikita via email and phone, responses have been either delayed or, at times, completely non-existent, and her attitude problem.
The lack of communication and attention to detail has been very unprofessional and stressful, especially considering the importance of accurate billing for families who rely on these services. I hope the center takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the efficiency and responsiveness of the Accounts Department as this is not the right position for her.
Overall, my experience has left me questioning whether this is a place that values clear, transparent communication and customer service.
Child care subsidy not applied correctly and I always have to call centrelink and be on hold for hours just to find out how much they paid then call Nikita to get her to fix what she received and put the right amount into my account.
I highly never recommend it unless you wanna add more stress to your life.

The rules in contract are rediculous - verbally they say 4 weeks notice but if you wish to terminate during christmas period you have to terminate in october. Its an indirect way of locking the kids in enrollment and making us pay. We are left with no option of one day a week. Please make sure you read their contract multiple times before signing.

My kid Ridesh was here close to 1.5 years ever since the childcare began at this centre and he is always super thrilled...
My kid Ridesh was here close to 1.5 years ever since the childcare began at this centre and he is always super thrilled since day one.
He was taken care with utmost dedication and the support provided was excellent. I seldom had to worry about Ridesh while I am at office or during my work. All the staffs were so pleasing and courteous. We all will be missing the Heritage house family. Thanks team for the wonderful hospitality and support.
