Our son began in July 2024 at Brightside and we couldn't be happier with the experience. This is the first centre he has attended (he is now 1) and he took to everyone like a duck to water. He always lights up when he is greeted each morning and is always smiling in the afternoons. He has never had any emotional moments at drop off which shows to me, that he is comfortable there. Educators are all welcoming and happy to answer any questions or discuss concerns. The app is very helpful to me so I can keep track of food intake and nap durations and of course I love the daily room updates to see the adventures of the day! When I have emailed questions the response is always timely and never a bother. We toured quite a few centres and don’t regret choosing Brightside ELC one bit. Read more

We LOVE this centre. The staff are amazing, you walk through the door and everyone is so warm and welcoming, brightside is really... We LOVE this centre. The staff are amazing, you walk through the door and everyone is so warm and welcoming, brightside is really like one big family, which makes me feel so at ease sending my daughter here everyday while I am at work. They are super accommodating to your child’s needs, and all educators are on the same page when it comes to providing quality care to the children. The centre is always clean and tidy, and they are always updating and improving. We don’t have a bad word to say about Brightside, for us, it’s my daughter’s home away from home, she feels safe and comfortable here and that’s more then I could ask for. Read more
