Welcome to Story House Early Learning Pimpama
Early childhood education and care provides the foundation for learning for life. We believe that the value of play is of utmost importance to children as it is their way of learning about their world. While children play, they are able to experiment with new ideas, test theories and their understanding of concepts, express their creative ability, release their emotions and share their feelings. While engaging in play, children are developing across all domains and creating the building blocks for their future. We are committed to assisting and supporting families and being active participants within our local community. We consider ourselves to be an early education hub, networking multiple early childhood agencies together to support families and their children.
You'll be amazed by our strong connections with the children and our families, our strong connections with the local community and schools, the engaging learning programs, our government funded Kindergarten program, the unique learning environments, our nutritious meals prepared on site by our service chef, and the extra curricular activities we offer such as the Jumping Jim. This is the first time in my life that I am experiencing unprofessional behavior from the reception, despite my polite inquiries. The reception lady made me feel unwelcome from the beginning. I believe I have the right to ask as many questions as necessary when I encounter a problem with the enrollment form. Kylie asked me to fill out the form again, but I do not want to do that because I believe I filled it out correctly. I don’t understand why there seems to be an issue on your end regarding the CCS holder information. Even if I fill it out again, the same problem will occur. This is why I requested that you check the information before sending me a new form to complete. I kindly ask that you listen to the call recording from around 10:54 AM on August 11, as I spoke to someone then regarding this I wonder if the issue originated on your end and could be resolved before asking me to redo the form. Instead, I received an attitude that suggested I was demanding her to fix it. Her response was, “Excuse me, it’s not my job to fix it; you can’t demand me to fix it.” I believe that, in a reception role, there could be a better way to respond if you are unable to assist. I didn’t demand anything; I was simply asking politely. I’m unsure why she reacted in that manner. By the way, thank you for demonstrating such unwelcome behavior from the start. As a result, I am reconsidering enrolling my child here because I don’t want to waste my time withdrawing him later in such an environment. Read more
