I highly recommend Warriapendi early learning Daycare if you are looking for a Daycare for your child/ children, this is the one, all their activities have a educational purpose & help your child with the readiness for school. My daughter has been attending here for 6 months, they have provided her with the best care, my daughter absolutely thrives being here they have helped her learn and grow to be ready for kindy next year,. I never feel anxious leaving her for the day because she loves going here everyday & counts down the weekend as she looks forward to monday returning back, she has made great friends and has really enjoyed getting to know all the early educators, They are very understanding and take a lot of care in watching and getting to know your child as each child is unique. I... 1 star for the 2 educators that I could actually trust to look after my child, who unfortunately, couldn't work all the time. I went to collect my baby from the nursery and found myself standing in the room while BOTH of the educators left the room, leaving 9 babies unattended. I raised this with management who actually defended their actions, saying that one was "in sight" of the babies (she wasn't, she took a call in the kitchen and had her back to the room) and the other was "in sound" while she was in the back changing a nappy. As if being able to hear the room while being out of it is good enough supervision. They claimed to never do anything wrong or illegal but I witnessed that myself and wonder what they do when there isn't a parent in the room. Management said they would remind the educators to take calls in the room, ie to have common sense and do their job. I took my baby out and she's now in a much, much better centre. They have too many different staff members on rotation in the nursery and too many babies to look after. BTW they've definitely edited their reviews here because they didn't have 5 stars when I researched them before taking my child there. Go to a non-profit, the food is way better, their staffing ratios are better and everything is just run better. Read more
