Seawinds Early Learning Centre @ Capel Sound, located within Seawinds Community Hub, offers long day Child Care Programs, Sessional Kindergarten for 3 and 4 year olds, and before and after Kinder care 7am to 5.45pm.

We are not for profit, community-run, and values based.  Away from the noise and pollution of busy roads, we provide a safe, relaxed environment and large, airy indoor and outdoor play spaces. As the only early learning centre on the Mornington Peninsula offering the world-renowned Abecedarian approach, children at Seawinds ELC develop the skills they need to succeed in life.  Healthy, nutritious meals are prepared daily on site; nappies included.
