Mayfield Early Education Maddingley Centre overview
Welcome to the idyllic community of Bacchus Marsh, where Mayfield Maddingley is nestled amidst rolling hills and lush vegetable farms. Our centre is where the journey of learning and growth unfolds through the play-based learning, guided by our dedicated and diverse team of educators.
At Mayfield Maddingley, we take pride in offering five distinct rooms that cater to children's individual developmental milestones. Each child is encouraged to become a capable and engaged learner, embarking on a path of self-discovery and exploration.
We believe in the power of community, and that extends to recognizing the traditional custodians of the land upon which we play—the Woiwurrung and Wathaurong People of the Kulin Nation. We encourage children and their families to embrace their connection to nature, whether it's through the wonder of dirt, the joy of sand, or the fascination of water. In doing so, we instill a profound sense of responsibility for the environment and the world that surrounds us.
Mayfield Maddingley is not just a place of learning; it's a place where children grow, flourish, and develop a deep understanding of their place in the world. We invite you to be a part of our community, where curiosity knows no bounds and the beauty of nature is celebrated every day. Welcome to Mayfield Maddingley!

Meet the team
I have been working in the childcare industry for 10 years. I started my journey as a trainee at a sessional kindergarten in a rural town in northern NSW after the encouragement of my family and friend to follow my passion of working with children. as this passion grew so did my thirst for knowledge and I began working towards my diploma and soon became a room leader. than came the big decision to move here to VIC. Working through the roles of lead educator, educational leader and 2IC I gained the knowledge and confidence to pursue my dream of being a center manager in this role I am able to support families and be a advocate for children learning and happiness.

As a first-time mum I was extremely nervous to head back to work and leave my daughter in the care of others. Upon our initial walk through of the centre, I knew this was the one for us. We instantly felt welcome by all the staff, the centre is so clean and well maintained, the staff go above and beyond for our daughter, right down to ringing me when she has a day off to make sure she is okay! She loves going here and has a wonderful group of educators and friends in her room. Highly recommend this centre to all my family and friends who are expecting :)
