Both our kids have attended Robyn Taylor and we couldn't be happier with the centre. It is extremely well-run, with great communication and regular updates. All the educators I've encountered over the years have been extremely dedicated and passionate about giving the kids the best experience possible, and there's so much fun and play in their days. Rania and Robyn really look after the team too, so there seems to be low staff turnover. The centre also has a great community feel, with mothers and fathers day breakfasts and Christmas concerts providing a lovely opportunity to meet other parents and see the kids play with their friends. The menu is also super healthy which is important to us. Robyn is a child psychologist and has been a fantastic resource over the years, and we've always appreciated her time and expertise. All the educators are incredibly caring, professional, and full of energy when working with the kids. My son joined the Shooting Stars room and has been happy there ever since. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to prepare children for big school, and the center organizes various events where kids can perform and parents can come watch, making it a truly engaging experience for families. One of the things that impressed us the most was how the center handled issues. My son had a tough experience at his previous childcare, where he was bullied, and he became very anxious about it happening again. Shortly after moving to RT, he misinterpreted a situation as bullying due to his past experience. We brought this up with the center, and they handled it exceptionally well. They spoke to both my son and the other child, explaining what certain actions mean and helping them understand each other. They even involved a therapist to ensure the situation was managed with care and to help my son gradually build resilience. Their approach was truly amazing, and it gave us so much confidence in their commitment to each child’s well-being. We have already enrolled our newborn daughter into the RT family for next year, knowing she will be in the best hands! Read more
