My child comes with a scratch or some kind of injury almost every week. From bites, scratches on face and body and near eye bruses. I... did a tour on Friday received rejection email Monday because "my son was "distressed", hard for him transition from each floor using stairs". I can't make a sense out of this we didn't use any stair how does the person know it'll be hard for my son? Like any other kids my son was not happy at front desk after the lady let us in he was enjoying his time no trouble there. The stuff should know this more than anyone because they deal with this most of the time. I told the lady my 2 years old have speech delay and will be doing speech therapy ,It'll be plus to have him in the care and the same age kids. It'll be easy for him to pick up words. and rejected. My daughter has been at Busy Bees Woolloongabba for over a year now, and we are very happy with the centre. The facilities are lovely, modern, and clean. There is a high level of staff retention which is something we really value in a centre. Daily updates are provided through the Story Park App so you can easily see how child is going. Communication with parents is managed very well, and the staff are always very accommodating of particular needs or queries when we’ve had them. Thanks so much Stacey, Diana, Georgia, and Britney for running the centre so well and to all of the wonderful educators for taking such good care of the little ones! Read more
