We have been with Long Island for 10 years as our family has grown. We started off in the nursery with our first child, three children later we have been in every room and 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten at Long Island. We have experienced the most amazing and dedicated educators and management. The educators have meaningful relationships with our children and want them to come over on weekends, and invite the educators to birthday parties and family gatherings. The educational programs that our children are involved in are just incredible, incursions and bush kindergarten, reptiles, chicken hatching, butterflies and learning about First Nations Peoples. Our children know more about our First Nations People than we do. Majority of the educators have been with the service for longer than we have, which speaks volumes about the management of the service. Our children love Kerri the chef and the food she makes them, she has shared her recipes with us and they have become family favorites. We also loved that Kerri the chef became qualified to work with the children as well as cook, she has such a great relationship with the children. I highly recommend Long Island Early Learning Centre, they are a wonderful extension of our family. Read more
