Our daughter attended this daycare for less than three months, and just as she was starting to feel more comfortable, an incident occurred.... Our daughter attended this daycare for less than three months, and just as she was starting to feel more comfortable, an incident occurred. Rather than handling the situation professionally and maturely, the director yelled at us, telling us we could remove our daughter, among other things. We've never met her in person and have only spoken to her on the phone a few times, and each time she was extremely rude. It's unfortunate because the teachers seem genuinely nice, but if someone like her can treat paying customers at a daycare so poorly, we can't imagine how she might speak to a defenseless child. So, we did exactly what she yelled at us to do—took our hard-earned money (since we don't receive any government assistance) and removed our daughter from the daycare. Read more
