Awesome facilities with wonderful educators. Highly recommend.

The teachers and management are wonderful. All the staff are friendly, easy to talk to, proactive, and caring. The facilities are top notch and the learning programmes are very engaging. Highly recommend.

Educators themselves were great and you could tell some really loved their job, however there is something very strange with the owner/management. Insanely high turnover of staff, some concerning incidents with kids. Previous management was great and we loved it but decided to leave after too many issues (along with others). Hopefully changes will come as it has a lot of potential and has been great before.

Amazing staff, great facilities, and a nurturing environment. They have a wonderful program and lots of added activities to help with learning and engagement. My son loves coming here, a really fantastic centre!

We had a few teething issues when we first joined in 2023, which is expected for a new centre, but since then it has really become a wonderful space for our little one. We appreciate that the rooms aren’t overcrowded and that there’s always plenty of staff on hand. Over time you get to know many of them, and it’s been lovely having consistent, familiar faces. The multicultural mix of both the children and staff is something we really value. The meals are great, and our little one has truly thrived with the activities and environment they provide.

My daughter has been going to PlayNest for almost a year now. She has made some really strong friendships & loves seeing them each week. The Centre has great facilities with a wide variety of fun & educational activities. The on-site chef makes delicious & nutritious meals fresh everyday. The educators care deeply for all of the children & make everyday day enjoyable for my daughter.

Discriminated against & unsupported by Management. Extremely high turnover of staff. Centre needs a hard look at itself & an overhaul of Management if they want to start keeping good employees. Do Not Recommend!

We toured the centre and all the staff were so lovely, nice facilities too!

Our old daycare flooded late last year and we had to find a daycare ASAP. Playnest were able to accommodate us straight away. The staff and educators are very friendly and take good care of our daughter.
