I've had serious concerns with this childcare centre that I feel are important to share. The facility often appears messy, and cleanliness does not seem to be a priority, which is disappointing for a childcare environment. Since the first week, my child has been frequently sick and regularly returns home in dirty clothes, as bibs aren’t consistently used during meals despite assurances that they would be provided.
Additionally, there are noticeable issues with management, organization, and staffing. The center often seems understaffed, and I’ve observed situations where educators struggled to tend to all the children, leading to multiple children crying without adequate attention. On several occasions, I noticed my child’s nose running without being wiped, and during orientation, I witnessed two children fall and hit their heads, with no immediate comforting until a lead stepped in.
Given these issues, I felt it was unsafe to continue care here, and we ultimately decided to withdraw. I hope this feedback can prompt improvements for the safety and well-being of the children in the future.

We were really happy with the care our son received at North Kellyville Young Academics. The center has plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, for the children to play and explore. The outdoor play area is well-shaded, which is great for sunny days. The educators are kind and caring, and the management is supportive and helpful. We had a great experience, and our son loved going there every day!
