Founded by Effie Charlaftis, Bloom has returned to Glen Iris and expanded to East Malvern, offering personalised care in a warm, play-based environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.

Our programs nurture creativity, confidence, and a love of learning through engaging experiences in STEM, art, sustainability, language, bush kinder, and school readiness. We also offer enriching activities like yoga, performing arts, and a kitchen garden—all included at no extra cost.
