I’ve been made aware an email sent from the Director Gerry to all parents at sunshine child care. Please be aware The investigation is still ongoing and no outcome has been provided to Sunshine as of yet. I would not recommend, Started off so nice but ended bitter sweet after 1.8 plus years here. They’re absolute idiots for letting Jackie leave. The straw that broke the camels back was my little one disclosing to me that they had been touched. From that point I started to drop down their days and sent our two week notice as the facility did nothing & still hasn’t and it’s been two months. I still haven’t received a response from that email which had photo evidence of my child being left to sit in their fecal matter too. There is little & lacking communication between the centre. I’ve been awaiting the centre director as advised in person & email to contact me - Ive been waiting two months & still no contact. For a matter as serious a a child disclosing you’d think they would take this matter seriously. Sunshine child care hasn’t let me know anything that they have done or doing about this situation. Great staff at this Facility are Maha, Beyond fantastic at what she does. Jamie who’s hands down just phenomenal. Jackie whom left sadly. Whatever they respond if they do It will just be saving face.
