Although things were a tad disorganised when I first put my daughter in Child Care (most likely due to the merging of a few busy bee centres ?) After the initial month everything has been fantastic. Our daughter is very energetic and sensitive, and they have catered towards her extremely well. She initially only wanted to be with one educator, but, the whole center put the effort in to make sure she was confident with more educators. Shout out to Joanne, who had the foresight to do this, and all the educators who made Elliana's transition into daycare as smooth as possible! Read more

I'm rather underwhelmed by the level of service provided at the new center. The transition process was marred by disorganization and lacked a professional touch. It's concerning that my daughter, for the first time, expressed her reluctance to attend the new school. Additionally, the educators appear somewhat unapproachable, and there have been instances where I've observed unprofessional conduct towards children in her room. It's disappointing to have chosen to transfer to the O'Connor center only to encounter such behaviour. While I genuinely aspire to provide constructive and uplifting feedback, I find myself in a situation where I'm unable to express any positivity. Despite my best intentions, the circumstances prevent me from offering commendations or highlighting any favorable aspects. I'd like to emphasize my perspective as a parent of the Willagee center. It was incredibly challenging to discover that we were misled about the center's closure and the subsequent opening of another daycare without any consideration for offering parents the choice to remain. If I may offer suggestions, I would recommend providing additional training to the O'Connor staff (excluding the Willagee staff) on fostering stronger relationships with parents. Empowering your staff in this manner will facilitate a more harmonious and seamless relationship between clients and the center. Read more

I received multiple recommendations for Busy Bees O'Connor and I couldn't be more pleased with the centre and the incredible staff in both the nursery and toddler rooms. Gemma and Magdalena (Management) have made our family feel very welcome and supported. My 12mo and 2.5yo have been attending for over 2 months now and they love it. I feel comforted knowing my babies are receiving incredible care and learning opportunities by such beautiful staff. Thank you! Read more
