He was very nervous when he first arrived but Polly made him feel very reassured and he adjusted quickly. Polly is so warm and comforting, my son adores her, he even refers to Hei as 'polly's house'. My daughter has been at Hei Schools since August this year - 2024. I was initially a stress head (being my first) but... My daughter has been at Hei Schools since August this year - 2024. I was initially a stress head (being my first) but the school could not have been more accommodating and kind. Especially with my frequent check ins early on. Clemantina runs a tight ship and is always informative, kind and welcoming. The Possum Room educators are just wonderful. Where my daughter was initially crying at every drop off she now practically running at them, so excited for school. It gives me so much peace that she is in good hands. Even the toddler room staff/morning staff who see her are so friendly and welcoming to my little girl. Special mention to the room leader, Jonna, who always goes above and beyond to keep us informed & relaxed. Kelly who has become a big buddy to my little girl and always greets us in the morning with a friendly smile. Kanaha, Meagan & Preeti for being such kind and caring educators.
