When it came to selecting a daycare centre in Rivervale, what bagged the prize for us, was the Young Smarties Centre (their happy,... When it came to selecting a daycare centre in Rivervale, what bagged the prize for us, was the Young Smarties Centre (their happy, warm environment) and their team! The manager/owner, Sumita, is someone who's fully committed to and genuinely involved in the care-giving operations of the centre and shares a strong rapport with her team/staff. To add to this, we've found her to be kind, honest and compassionate (especially learned this when our little one was initially struggling with the transitional changes of being in a new place). And of course, can't emphasize this enough- the tireless, patient and diligent efforts of all of the staff and the educators at the centre! Their role can't go without mention in helping resolve all of our child's initial fears. Without doubt, they play a very positive role in the lives of the kids put under their care, and it's been so pleasant to witness this. Keep flying high, Young Smarties!
