I have worked at Jescott Montessori Preschool for 15 years, and over this time I have taught hundreds of beautiful children, and got to know all their families. Our preschool has a lovely 'home away from home" feel which is what I think attracts our families and creates a warm and nurturing environment and community. There are so many things to love about Jescott, but what warms my heart the most is when our 'old scholars' come back to visit, year after year (some come back for work experience, and others even return with their own children). Many of them say that as soon as they walk through the gate, that those special feelings and memories of belonging to the Jescott community come flooding back - and that is what I am most proud of, and what makes me smile!! My daughter attended here in the year before she started school, and we both loved it so much!! We cannot recommend it more highly. Jescott is such a warm, cosy, and caring preschool, with lots of fun and educational activities that really motivate children. My daughter had never attended anywhere before previously (or even stepped away from me), but the teachers made her feel so comfortable and confident, and gave her the best preparation for school. If you are looking for a warm and friendly family orientated centre that is also highly educational and not too overwhelming for new child, then this is the perfect centre! Read more
