Don't be surprised if this place is on the news due to a child being hurt or worse.. We had our daughter here and the constant change over of staff and director's was horrendous. There is only 1 staff member that has been there for longer than 8 months and I'm still not sure how she got the job. After 10 months there has been 5 director's. There is no learning done here. The staff just watch the kids and don't teach them anything, it's like a baby sitter just stand there and watch. There was two staff members that did everything there, held 2 kids at the same time while the other 2 stood and watched there watch or the tablet. After these 2 girls left I beliefer there has been half the children in that group have left and the others are just waiting for new daycares to have space. This is why they can fit any child in. Also don't be believe what you see with new management... spoiler... there isn't ;) all lies just like the last 2 good reviews.. spoiler again.. it's the staff members haha. We packed a lunch box for our girl as the food here is ... the cheapest crackers... sugar and what ever is on special. So after packing her lunch box and then picking her up, we found her lunch box was left in the fridge and not even given to her. So many times we picked her up with wet socks and shoes freezing cold and had maybe 3 spare shoes and socks in the bag for her. This is after the 2 girls finished for the day and the stand around team took over. I could go forever with this horrendous place but we have wasted enough time with them. So make sure you stay way away from this death trap and give your kids the best future, anywhere else but here. Read more

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and communication at Grow early learning. As a parent, I trusted them to provide... I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and communication at Grow early learning. As a parent, I trusted them to provide a structured environment for my child, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. Noticing no activities at drop off when most children are unsettled and crying. Noticing no activities are being done during the day. Feels like the staff are disconnected and just highly stressed. Not to mention staff leaving most weeks therefor children are left with no consistent educator. I was always promised from a number of directors that have been at this centre it would improve but they were only words, no action was taken. This not only leaves me frustrated but also has broken the trust I had for this Centre. I was at this centre for a year and my regret is that we should have left sooner. Read more
