Since 2018, I've poured my heart into being a Family Day Care educator, creating a space where every child feels like they're part of our special family! 💫🏠 I cherish the bond I share with each little one—it's truly a blessing. Their voices matter, and I'm all ears for their amazing ideas. Every day is a new adventure, packed with learning moments that keep me on my toes. Witnessing Tiny Tots grow and discover their unique potential is the ultimate reward! 🌱.

It is my mission to offer the highest quality of care to all children and to provide a safe, nurturing, respectful, happy environment that acknowledges children as independent and individual learners. 

Vision: 

My ongoing role is to achieve and maintain high quality care and always support the families and their individual cultures and diversity. I will constantly reflect on my service and review on how I can improve. 

Values and Commitment:

I value secure, respectful and reciprocal relationships and will always prioritise working in partnerships with families to achieve the best learning outcomes for their child. Education, play, programming, natural and built areas as well as daily routines will be implemented and comply with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. 

I will demonstrate this by: 

Supporting children in all aspects and forming strong, trustworthy relationships with them. Being a positive role model and encouraging strong friendships and connections. Building partnerships with families and encouraging contribution to the programming and decision making. Providing a program that enables the children to be aware of the world and diversity around them.
