Horrible! How I regret sending my child to this centre.
They allow and create certain stigmas against children whom have trouble with big feelings and state they do not have resources to deal with them. They make you believe your child has behaviour issues, to the point where we sought a psychologist for our child.
The director doesn’t respect kids boundaries when the child cries when being tickled and asks to stop! The director also stated our child had a communication issues, and that he shouldn’t learn another language as he lives in Australia, however he has never had a communication barrier, he always spoke very well and clearly!
Very big and quick turn over between teachers… red flag.
Moved my child to another preschool and never had one single issue, report to sign or “complaint”.
I was so upset leaving him here at turtletot, having the feeling that he wasn’t cared for because the teacher didn’t like him.

The owner will sweet talk you into putting your child into this centre do not fall for it the manager will blind side every concern you may have for the sake of the owner. My son attended here for 1 month at the age of 2 as a parent to not be able to walk past the gate to drop of your child is ridiculous. My son had a few incidents and there were no reports to be made to know what had happened until one of them involved his nose bleeding and swollen on pickup and when the issue was raised they said they saw nothing the workers are incapable of looking after children

We have started this year with my then 9 month old, and he has settled in wonderfully all thanks to the educators and careers. They are so loving, and show a great level of care for my son. The center is tidy, clean and has a spacious play area for kids.
We also were impressed with the Developmental Milestone reports the center provides every 6 months with observations from the educators and have parent teacher sessions to go through any questions you have. Its nice to know that our daycare isn't just a place for my son to come eat, sleep and have a place to stay while we work. They are really focused on the well being and development of our kids.
