From the moment I met the director for the tour, I knew this daycare was going to be the one. Miss Brenda is very friendly and professional. She kept us in the loop on the progress of the daycare and when it was to open. The educators are wonderful, polite and loving. They patiently helped my little one settle in. From being scared to now owning the floor :). The transition in the morning is great which leaves you knowing your little one will be okay even on days they are not very happy. They take time to understand the needs of each child and implement changes where required. They are nothing short of amazing. You are highly appreciated!! If you're unsure about changing centres to Pebbles, don't be. I was hesitant to change daycares as my little one struggles to communicate (global developmental delay) and has trouble adjusting to change. After touring the centre and meeting Brenda, I was more at ease that I was making the right choice. We transitioned by visiting daily for a little over a week before we started, we had the opportunity to meet the team and they were so welcoming and attentive to my little one, despite that he hadn't yet started. The director Brenda and staff have gone over and above to ensure that Adam has ways to communicate his needs, putting lanyards/ communication cards and sensory items in place from the moment they were aware that he needs additional support. At drop-offs, my little one has run to the door with excitement; this is a new experience for us. The centre is exceptional, the staff phenomenal, the owner- inspirational, this is where you want your child to be when you can't be with them. I am truly so appreciative that I have found a centre best described as a 'family' that cares for my child like I do. I look forward to the years ahead, as my son grows with Pebbles. Read more
