From the moment I met the director for the tour, I knew this daycare was going to be the one. Miss Brenda is very friendly and professional. She kept us in the loop on the progress of the daycare and when it was to open. The educators are wonderful, polite and loving. They patiently helped my little one settle in. From being scared to now owning the floor :). The transition in the morning is great which leaves you knowing your little one will be okay even on days they are not very happy. They take time to understand the needs of each child and implement changes where required. They are nothing short of amazing. You are highly appreciated!! We were greeted with warmth and professionalism from the moment we walked in. The place itself is bright, clean, and full of fun and educational activities for the kids. The manager and staff are amazing. Brenda, Chloe, Diana, Kelly, and the rest of the team genuinely care about each child and make an effort to get to know them and their unique needs. Communication is excellent; I receive regular updates and pictures of my son's activities, which gives me peace of mind knowing he's in good hands. The atmosphere is nurturing and supportive, and I can see its positive impact on my son's social and cognitive development. I highly recommend Pebbles to any parent looking for a safe, engaging, and loving environment for their child. It's a wonderful place where kids can grow, learn, and have fun! Read more
