My daughter has been attending the Mt Evelyn centre since she was 10 months old. She currently attends twice a week. The staff are all very friendly and warm and make a real effort to get to know children and parents personally, I never feel like just another face. They are very accommodating, have low staff turnover, good staff to children ratios, provide great indoor and outdoor play spaces, serve a good variety of healthy meals and snacks, use their initiative and are very honest in their feedback and communication with parents. They also take on feedback very well. Another thing I really appreciate is they are excellent at providing updates throughout the day on their app (Xplor). Every time I drop off or pick my daughter up, she is happy and engaged and I can tell she feels safe and secure attending there. I get the same feeling with the other children and can clearly see the bonds and attention between them and the carers. Very happy with this particular centre! Read more
