Owners and centre director are all ridiculously clueless and have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and it shows, do not be fooled by their social media posts it is all a cover up to show how truly awful and manipulative they are on the inside…. 0 stars, Worst preschool in the cranebrook area, the owner will tell you one thing, and do the complete opposite, they neglected my... 0 stars, Worst preschool in the cranebrook area, the owner will tell you one thing, and do the complete opposite, they neglected my son to the point he had a head injury at school, “smashed his head on the ground” playing on soft play equipment, according to staff. though they haven’t documented anything nor do any of the staff remember what happened to him, even though he was supposedly being supervised. My son regularly complained about other children hurting him and staff would be unaware when it was brought up. Staff members have spoken to parents about other staff members verbally abusing them while at work, overall not a great environment for kids. The owner tries to make excuses for the staff’s behaviour saying they had a rough upbringing. Read more
