Its staff and even management’s turnover is very high - which concerning that some decisions seem driven solely by short-term gains, neglecting the well-being of both employees and the quality of education provided. I believe the higher operation office of this company do not have enough understanding of the education industry. They only care about immediate benefits, do not cherish excellent employees, and instead allow some irresponsible people to make unreasonable changes and unsafe factors (just because it saves costs). The middle and senior managers of this kindergarten should seriously reflect on the strategies to ensure a positive and sustainable environment for both staff and students.
