My child suffered terrible facial injuries while attending this daycare centre. The manager denied responsibility and her words to me were "we can't wrap them in cotton wool and watch them all the time." I took my child out. She was 8 months old at the time of these injuries, arriving home with a bruised head every second day. I often wonder if she was abused while attending this centre.i wrote a complaint to the centre and have never heard from the owner. Shocking!

My kids have been going to Sesame Lane Cotton Tree Drive for the past 6 years and we just love it there. Kerrie, Pam and the team are wonderful. I feel comfortable leaving my kids there as I know they will be cared for like they are their own. A lot of the staff have been there for many years which is a great testament to the culture. The facility is inviting, clean and set up to be a fun learning environment for everyone. I wouldn’t have my kids anywhere else. Well done to Kerrie, Pam and the entire team on making Sesame Lane Cotton Tree Drive a safe and fun place where I feel confident leaving my kids to be cared for.

I can not speak more highly of this service! We moved childcare 6 months ago to this beautiful centre and I am wishing we moved earlier! The staff are all beautiful, everyone says hello or goodbye, we always feel we know what is going on with our children. We feel the staff genuinely care about our girls and our family and the environment is so welcoming, clean, happy and supportive. Both daughters have learnt so much in 6 months, I am so amazed and appreciative of the educators and the huge effort I see they make with the kids! I drive a 40 min round trip to this centre with MANY centres in between and most definitely worth it! I wish we found you earlier! Thank you to ALL the staff, and Kerri and Bree. This service is a huge credit to you Kerri, you are an amazing Director!
