Hi Emily, Thank you for your feedback; we always consider it a valuable opportunity for reflection. As we discussed before you left, the incidents that occurred were of utmost priority to us, as we wanted to ensure you felt heard and that we could continue to improve. While incidents do occasionally happen in childcare settings—particularly as children begin to gain confidence in their abilities and engage in risky play—we do not dismiss the couple of unexplained incidents you mentioned. We did investigate them further through email exchanges to better understand how and why they occurred. We understand that you transitioned to a smaller capacity room about a month ago, and we sincerely hope that you found the new arrangement suitable. Our nursery room can accommodate up to 12 children per day, with a 1:4 ratio, and the room has been licensed and approved to operate with these capped numbers. Thank you for sharing your observations regarding our Centre setup and equipment. We take great pride in what we offer to the children. I'm glad to hear that management was able to help and support you during these challenging times. Hi Sara, thank you for your feedback, we are a bit confused as your child has not attended our service for over 2 years? We are a bit unsure of this scenario and do not recall this happening. However, we do take child safety extremely seriously and work alongside the department to ensure we are following policy and procedure, Please feel free to contact the centre, so we can discuss this further.
