The staff members are incredibly dedicated, caring, and professional. They go above and beyond to create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and engaged. The activities are well-planned and support children’s learning and development in a fun and creative way. The educators take the time to understand each child’s unique needs and strengths, providing tailored support to help them grow. The communication with families is excellent, and it’s clear that the team is passionate about what they do. One of the educators spoke to me in an arrogant manner, insisting that she was simply following the director’s instructions. There was no kindness, support, or guidance when I was informed that my child could no longer attend due to an incident where he hit another kid and continues with the same behavior. Instead of offering strategies to help address the situation, I was just told he could not return. I reached out to the director for clarification and support but never received a response. It was clear that they only cared about the payment and notice period rather than the well-being of the child or the concerns of the parents. The lack of communication and empathy was extremely frustrating. This situation should have been handled with more professionalism and care. I do not recommend this school at all for families seeking a supportive and understanding environment. Read more
