My daughter has been attending the centre for nearly three years and she is absolutely thriving- through both the educational program and from the genuine warmth and care of the educators and management. This wrap-around support extends to the families as well- I have experienced such care and compassion over our time with Joyce from all the staff, especially when I have been going some tough times, but even just every day the warmth and smiles with which I am greeted when I walk through the door, from Lisa the Manager and all the staff and educators. The professionalism and empathy extended is outstanding. I am moving to the country soon and I am really sad to be leaving Joyce, as I know how valuable it is to find a Centre of this stature, which I do not take for granted. My daughter bounces awake with joy each morning as she discusses what she is going to do at childcare for the day! Read more

In 2018 I would give this centre 5 stars plus more , my daughter/s have attended since then , but am pulling them... In 2018 I would give this centre 5 stars plus more , my daughter/s have attended since then , but am pulling them out educators are wonderful , but with the high loss of staff in last yr and my concerns with management I would look at other centres in the area . The centre no longer has the family friendly vibe that once was Joyce Avenue. I hope that they can rectify the problem to bring back a wonderful centre , but higher management within bayule didn't seem to care with issues I raised .
