We had an extremely disappointing experience at Thrive Ermington over an 8-month period. Our child, just 1.5 years old, encountered six incidents—three of which happened within the last three weeks—that seriously risked their safety. Attached photos show scratches dangerously close to their eye (in the same area twice), and scars that still has not completely healed. Another severe incident was a bite mark on our baby arm which was not even noticed by educators nor reported to us (photo shows the bite after 6 hours) Educators are very careless and put babies’ safety as the last priority, the same as other aspects like education, hygiene, and food quality. When we voiced our concerns, they suggested we cannot ensure your baby safety so take your baby elsewhere, as we did. Read more
