Inventors of the Future
Inventors of the Future Centre overview
Our name reflects our aims for children to be empowered to become the future inventors of the world by introducing natural inquisitiveness and curiosity, which can be harnessed to increase early understanding of scientific concepts and so lay the foundations for future learning about the living world.
We strongly believe that Early Childhood is the fundamental foundation for future life skills and further learning. Establishing a secure and consistent environment for children to become collaborators in their own learning discoveries bestows a sense of ownership, accomplishment, and enthusiasm. To support this, our classrooms present educational and nurturing environments in which we provide opportunities for children to be independent learners and encourage uninterrupted time for investigation and play. Our programs support and incorporate each individual child’s needs and abilities through open-ended experiences that are a combination of intentional teaching and child-initiated learning.

A Remarkable Place for Growth and Learning Having had the pleasure of working at the Inventors of the Future Childcare Centre for the past six months, I can confidently say that this establishment is a truly exceptional place for children to grow, learn, and thrive. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming environment created by the dedicated staff. Each team member is passionate about early childhood education and goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels valued and supported. The sense of community within the centre is palpable, fostering strong relationships among staff, children, and parents alike. The curriculum at Inventors of the Future is thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity and creativity. It’s clear that a lot of effort is put into developing activities that are both educational and engaging. Whether it’s exploring nature kinder in the outdoor learning space, participating in hands-on science experiments, or enjoying storytime, the children are always encouraged to discover and explore the world around them in innovative ways. One of the standout features of the centre is its commitment to inclusivity and diversity. The staff celebrate various cultural events and they also have inclusion sessions like Music and Fitness sessions helping children learn about different themes from an early age. This inclusive approach creates a rich, vibrant environment where every child can feel seen and heard The facilities at Inventors of the Future are top-notch. The classrooms are bright, clean, and well-equipped with a variety of resources that cater to different learning styles. The outdoor play area is spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing a safe and stimulating environment for physical activity and imaginative play. In conclusion, my experience at Inventors of the Future Childcare Centre has been incredibly rewarding. The centre’s dedication to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children is truly inspiring. I've used this centre since they opened when my second child turned 1 year old. Been there about two years. Every kid is different, some adapt to childcare better than others. So, maybe the temperament of my child has a lot to do with it, but it's been a lot smoother than my first who didn't attend IOTF (at a different local centre). Child 1 - a lot of challenges getting them to settle in each day up to 4yo. Child 2 at IOTF - no drama. IOTF: With a change of room at the new year, there was some anxiety around the change, but the staff smoothed that over amazingly and my child is again confident to waltz in every day (95% of the time). They're happy on drop off and happy at pick up and they always want to go so I'm confident leaving them there. I had an issue literally once with the changeover and new routines. They missed a nappy change. I raised it immediately, they were apologetic and I've never had an issue since. The food seems pretty good, at least it smells good. Sometimes gives me a laugh in the app when I see they've had deconstructed tacos for lunch. Credit where credit is due to the educators and all staff at the centre. Thanks team. Read more
