Welcome to Explore & Develop Brookvale

We are a privately owned 48 place centre located at Brookvale.

We provide a caring and nurturing environment that promotes positive energy and truly believe that calmness comes from the environment that they are in.

We aim to provide children and their families with a Centre in which they will feel comfortable, secure and happy.

We believe in continuity and consistency with staff. We proud to acknowledge that our staff have been with us between 5 to 13 years

Our Philosophy
Here at Explore & Develop Brookvale, we believe children learn best through play. We advocate for risk-taking and that it contributes to lifelong learning. We create spaces that are flexible yet provocative, created to expose our children to new ideas and experiences.

We strive for the children in our care to become better people for our planet by embedding a sustainable culture into our practices.

The children in our care are respected for their individuality. They are encouraged to progress at their own pace, according to their individual capabilities. We give emphasis to the process of learning, not to the end product.

Our Educators are professionals who are passionate about Early Childhood Education. They are appreciated for their individuality, respected for their professional opinions and admired for their adaptability and flexibility to change in the early years.
