Whitebridge Pre-School Kindergarten

Thank you for your interest in Whitebridge Preschool.

Our Preschool is a small and family orientated privately owned centre that is licenced for 28 places per day, for children aged three to six years old. We have an ‘Exceeding’ Rating.

We are open for 48 weeks of the year, closing for approximately four weeks over the Christmas/New Year period. We do not charge fees while we are closed. The Preschool is open Monday to Friday from 8.15 am to 4.15 pm. We are closed on Public Holidays, for which fees are charged.

Our aim is to provide a secure and happy environment where children can develop their intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and aesthetic skills to become competent and confident individuals, and for you as a parent/guardian to feel safe knowing that your child is receiving the best possible care and education.

We prioritise building strong relationships with each child and their family as we believe a secure, trusting bond is critical for a young child to feel relaxed, happy and confident. This in turn, allows them to engage and learn at a deeper level.

We also believe a good relationship with the family creates a better partnership between us and allows for more understanding and consistency between Preschool and home. When children see, or emotionally feel, a link and partnership between Educators and their parents/carers it increases their sense of security even further, making a strong base of support.
