The Y has provided care for young people across Australia for over 20 years and has industry-leading safeguarding polices in place; so, you can be assured that your child will be cared for in a safe environment.
We're committed to heling your child reach their potential. Our programs encourage children to be curious, confident and independent thinkers, who love learning and improving their capabilities. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to supporting children and families and we achieve this by creating strong relationships with parents, guardians and communities.
Our Early Learning Programs include:
- Long opening hours – 7am to 6:30pm
- Regular incursions and excursions
- Healthy meals and snacks throughout the day prepared by our experienced On-site Chef.
- Shaded outdoor play areas (sunscreen is provided for all children) allowing children the opportunity to explore freely.
- ELLA – Early Learning Language Australia program
Our centre was purpose-built centre for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and is conveniently co-located with King Swim Narre Warren, the centre is easy to access with parking available.
We also offer Integrated Kinder. This means that your child can benefit from the government-funded Three-Year-Old and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten programs and access additional hours of care in the morning and afternoon outside of the kinder program. This makes integrated kinder a popular choice for active and working families. You can drop off and pick up your child any time during the opening times.

It’s very disappointing to see my child having to walk past nappies contaminated with faeces (along with tissues and gloves) on the way to the swimming pool. This is a serious hygiene concern, as the nearby pool water could now be contaminated. Leaving the bin’s lid open and exposing clinical waste like faeces is highly unprofessional. This also allows birds and other animals to spread the trash, creating further environmental hazards. This is not the first time I am seeing this which is why I decided to leave this review. Needs to be reported to the council. Childcare staff should be able to open the bin using a lock and ensure it's shut and locked after use. Read more

It’s the staff that has made me enrol all three my kids here. The way they engage with them . Their warmth . It has been an amazing experience. From when my oldest , now 13 to my youngest 2 years old and currently enrolled at the Centre. We have had nothing but great service from the staff. And that’s what’s most important when considering enrolling your child here. You will not regret it. Special thanks to a lady very close to my heart. The centre manager, Jo. She has seen all my kids grow up. and I feel like she gives nothing but her utmost best when it comes to being accommodating, supportive and caring. We love YMCA Narre Warren . Thank you for all you do ❤️❤️ Read more
What a lovely review to receive. And what a pleasure to have your family as part of our community for so long. The team genuinely are supportive, professional and caring, so I am glad you feel that too. Thanks again.

Our little had been going here for 2 years before recently moving onto primary and we can't rate the whole YMCA team highly enough. They've always been very supportive and caring and it was extremely sad to leave, out little one still talks fondly of her old school very time we drive past it. Read more
