When my first son attended this centre 4 years ago, it was absolutely amazing, so good that I wanted to send my youngest... When my first son attended this centre 4 years ago, it was absolutely amazing, so good that I wanted to send my youngest here as well. Unfortunately, I've had nothing but issues with the new management and staff. When I ask how my sons day was, the staff never knew the answer, it concerns me that the staff can't communicate between each other about the bare minimum. They lose most of your child's belongings (again they have apparently no clue what happened to it), they lack basic communication and understanding with their families and children, and they are very sly when it comes to handling things. please be VERY careful if you're considering this centre. My son told me that all the staff, except Miss Rose, were mean to him, so he always dredded going back to this daycare.. which he never did at the other centre he went to. I'm so disappointed and hurt by the treatment my son received here and it's such a shame considering the great experience I had with my eldest coming to this centre before they changed their management.
