My best advice to all parents always take pictures of your children before dropping them and after picking them up 😉 They are trying to fool the wrong mother, my child have been attending this centre for the past 10 months, at first we both were so happy being there, they have a lot of fun activities and learning program, in the past few weeks, every day my child is there, he would have an accident, they use to report it to me at first, sometimes they would tell me the incident report is not ready for you to read and sign, you will see it next time, I never did. I was very upset, they have just stopped even telling me about the accidents, I would just discover it by myself, call them right away, and they would just denied it! How dare you not telling me about the head injuries! I can see the big bruse on his forehead!!! The blood on his head! If you really care about your child safety, this is not the best place for you. Another disturbing thing about the educators here, I really hate it how they would act when we arrive! They would give my child all their attention and focus to the limit they would just ditch the child in their care and leave them confused by themselves waiting for them to serve breakfast!
