I came here for a tour and the lady that did the tour was lovely, but the person that I had the initial... I came here for a tour and the lady that did the tour was lovely, but the person that I had the initial contact with was a middle-aged woman with short white hair with pink highlight stripes, I believe she is one of the educators there, she was very rude and hostile with me. That's such a great first impression! If she is that aggressive with me when I didn't do anything then how would she treat my child. I can't help but wonder if she picked on me because of my race because all I did was ringing the bell (once) when I arrived and she showed up at the door and yelled at me. Read more
