I have been knowing this Center for nearly 10 years and I had my 2 daughters in that lovely centre. I never faced any issues or problems with any of the stuff, they are very friendly supporting people. And the food is very nice and fresh . I will recommend this centre to all the families I know. They also have very appropriate programs suitable for all ages.

I used to send my 1-year-old child to Sefton Academy For Kids and unfortunately had a bad experience. The childcare only accepts cash payments and does not provide receipts or any payment history, even when asked. I remember when asked, I was only provided with a generic store-bought receipt that has no information other than the amount paid. They provided no learning plan, and sometimes it looks like they were running over allowed capacity/limit imposed by the government. Additionally, I was shocked to find out that I was paying a different rate than a friend's child who attended the same facility. I would not recommend this childcare to other parents due to their lack of transparency, inconsistent pricing, and dodgy business practice.

Hi Mohammad,
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service we provided . However, according our childcare management system, you did not have centre link subsidy for your child at that time and your child was only enrolled for 3 months ( 21 Feb 2022 to 17 April 2022) . Also note that we only provide system generated invoices and not dodgy invoices. We have well documented & accredited/approved programs for our childcare , which all parents have access via the OWNA app .
Can you please send us an email to seftonacademyforkids@gmail.com , so we can investigate further and respond back to your concerns ?
1) Child CRN number for the enrolled period
2) Did you have access to the OWNA app ? Did you login to check the program?
3) Can you forward us the copy of the invoice that was provided to you by someone?
