Beach Kids Early Learning & Preschool - Cabarita/Bogangar Centre overview
Welcome to Beach Kids Early Learning & Preschool!
Beach Kids Early Learning & Preschool is a premium child care centre located just 100 metres from Cabarita Beach. Set within a Hampton’s style space, the centre enjoys sea breezes and offers a home away from home for children from 6 weeks up to school age.
Beach Kids strives to provide education and care of the highest standards, in a secure and trusting environment. Parents notice the secure, hygienic, modern and eco-friendly facilities, while children tend to notice the sandpit, water play area, bike tracks, boat, slides and open, interactive classrooms.
Children’s learning is extended through extra-curricular activities such as bush and beach kinder, yoga, sports, dance, and music. With plenty of on-site parking, Beach Kids is open from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, 52 weeks of the year.
Through play children establish, investigate and build relationships and connections with other children, adults around them, the environment and their communities.
These connections and relationships, in turn, allow for children to express who they are, what their ideas are and build understanding of how they affect and are affected by people, places and the environment around them.
We acknowledge our role, as educators, to use our personal and professional skills to facilitate the building of warm, secure, respectful relationships and to have varying levels of involvement in play to allow children to flourish.

About the curriculum
About the curriculum
6 weeks - 2.5 years
Educators provide age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and use of the five senses. There are physical activities that support large and small muscle development. The centre seeks to develop caring and sharing partnerships with all parents.
Communication is provided through newsletters, daily report forms, daily conversations, and parent-teacher conferences. Children take part in activities such as conversational reading, learning games and singing.
2.5 - 4 years
The active children in this room are busy using all of their senses to discover the world. Children enjoy a wide variety of activities within an outline where cooperative play is encouraged.
Curriculum areas of art, math, science, cooking, music and movement, large muscle, practical life, dramatic play, language, arts and fine motor activities are provided. Through these activities, children are learning to be able to trust their own desires and choices about what they learn, hear, see and do. They also begin to share these experiences with others.
4 - 6 years
This environment is designed to meet the overall needs of preschoolers and to facilitate their development through age-appropriate experiences. The Preschool room focuses on preparing children for school and coordinating goals with age-appropriate content, to ensure that preschool children will have the best opportunity for success.

My daughter attended Beach Kids Cabarita for about 9 months and absolutely loved it. She developed amazing connections with her educators and peers, and still talks about them now, after finishing her enrolment over 2 months ago. (The only reason she left was because we moved interstate.) I am struggling to find another daycare that compares to Beach Kids, as it provides everything that a child needs to thrive. The educators have a warm, welcoming and friendly approach and I really miss seeing how happy my daughter was when she attended here. If I could copy and paste this daycare in Melbourne, I would do it in an instant. Special thanks to Miss Libby, Miss Rhi, Miss Opal and Miss Suzie. Read more
