I enrolled my daughter into Phoenix Street after reading reviews from other parents on a local Facebook group. Best decision I made.... I enrolled my daughter into Phoenix Street after reading reviews from other parents on a local Facebook group. Best decision I made. She commenced when was 8 months old and attended 2 days per week. I was so nervous, however, the educators in the nursery were beyond excellent with her. They made sure she felt safe and comfortable until she settled in (which took a while!) and reassured me every step of the way. My daughter was only there 3 months, but during her time there she thrived. The genuine care and support she received was beautiful, and really put me at ease. She only left due to relocating out of the area. I was so incredibly sad about leaving (and still am!). We're already planning to visit in a few weeks! The centre may not be as flashy as other centres in the area which is absolutely fine - the more important thing is that your child is being looked after by high quality, caring educators which Phoenix Street has.
