Formerly known as Toddlers & Co, the centre was acquired by the Kids Club Early Childhood Learning Centres group in March 2024 and renamed to Haven Early Learning Cecil Hills. From the moment you step in the door, we want your family to feel like a part of ours.

We provide a welcoming, homely environment where children can make friends, play, learn and grow with confidence. With nurturing Educators who love the work they do, you will know from day one that you have found the perfect place for your child to start their learning journey.

Our learning programs embrace the Early Years Learning Framework, fostering children’s development within a play based program across all stages of development. Carefully designed programs support children in reaching their potential through creating an environment that fosters all aspects of a child’s development. We believe that in order for children to engage actively, they need to feel safe, respected and valued; they need to feel they belong.

Hi Rita, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with Haven Early Learning. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to creating a nurturing and family-oriented environment for all of our families. We understand that change can sometimes be difficult, and we acknowledge the emotions that come with it. However, we would like to assure you that our priority has always been and will continue to be the well-being, care and education of the children. Since taking over the centre, we’ve made it our mission to maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere while also investing in high-quality resources and staff training to ensure the highest level of care. Regarding the departure of some staff, while we understand how important consistent relationships are for children, there are times when team changes happen for reasons beyond our control, including maintaining the safety and well-being of the children as our number one priority. We’re pleased to note that the majority of our core team remains, and we’re very proud of our new Director, who has brought years of experience and leadership to our centre. Your claim that we "only care about money" is simply untrue. We are a business that exists to serve families and children, and like any business, we have operational needs that must be met. This includes maintaining our high-quality staff, excellent resources and safe environments, all of which require financial responsibility. We always work respectfully with families regarding fees, offering support when needed. As for the Book Week incidents you mentioned, these were addressed with you directly at the time. The costume issue was unfortunate but stemmed from a design unsuited to a group environment, and the water bottle was an accident for which an apology was already given. We pride ourselves on the care we show for all children and their belongings, but we must also recognise that accidents can sometimes happen. We strongly stand by our policies, our team and the environment we provide for children and families alike. If you’d like to continue this conversation constructively, we welcome you to contact us at 1300 142 836 so we can resolve any remaining concerns. Thanks, The Haven Early Learning Team
