I found the centre's education quality to be exceptional, with a well-designed curriculum, daily learning programs, nutritious meals, and a strong focus on children's safety. The educators are dedicated, and the centre manager Lily and assistant manager Ravjit consistently appreciate and support their staff. They prioritise staff well-being, allocating weekly budgets for treats and fostering a positive work culture. Many key staff members have over 10 years of experience, which is rare in the childcare industry. This strong retention contributes to the centre's full enrollment and waiting list, as well as positive feedback from families. Lily and Ravjit demonstrate exceptional leadership through their hard work and professionalism, creating a supportive and thriving environment for both staff and families at the centre. They both are available until 6 pm daily, ensuring accessibility for parents. Read more
