The kids get sick, the staff get sick and cannot leave to avoid spreading sickness, the sick staff are forced to stay and end up giving the other kids they come in contact with whatever cold or flu is going around. Horrible. When I was there, gastro was the pass the parcel sickness. On top of that, too little staff to really keep an eye on all the children, what staff they do have are treated like dirt.
